These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Acceleread mobile app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Service
You may use Acceleread for your personal, non-commercial reading-training purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable App Store or Google Play policies.
Results disclaimer
Acceleread is a training tool. Reading-speed improvements vary from person to person and depend on your starting point, the material you read, and how consistently you practise. Any figures such as “read up to 3× faster” describe results some users measure and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Acceleread and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acceleread will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
